PAKSA TENSILE FABRIC

Architecture,
made lighter.

We design tensile structures that transform shade, shelter and open space into memorable architecture. Every curve is a conversation between fabric, steel, climate and purpose.

OUR APPROACH →
Founder of Paksa Fabric

FOUNDER'S NOTE

"We never set out
to build roofs."

We set out to prove that a structure could be strong without being heavy, and expressive without being loud. Every tensile form we've built since started as a napkin sketch and a stubborn refusal to accept that shelter has to be a box. That instinct is still the first thing we bring to any site — before the software, before the steel, before the fabric ever leaves the roll.

DESIGN WITHOUT HEAVY BOUNDARIES

Where engineering
becomes sculpture.

WHAT WE CREATE

Built for the
elements.

01

Tensile Structures

Signature forms engineered for commercial, hospitality and public spaces.

02

Canopies & Entrances

High-impact arrival spaces that combine shelter with architectural identity.

03

Walkways & Parking

Functional coverage with generous spans, daylight and visual lightness.

04

Custom Fabric Architecture

From a blank site to a precisely engineered one-of-one structure.

FEEL THE TENSION

Touch the membrane.

Every PAKSA roof is a surface held in perfect balance. This net rests in the same saddle curve as a real tensile structure — pull anywhere and watch it find equilibrium again.

ENGINEERING, MADE VISIBLE

From sky
to soil.

01STAGE 01

Wind Uplift

Live wind pressure is the first force to load the membrane surface.

1.9kN/m² design pressure
02STAGE 02

Membrane Tension

Double-curved fabric spreads that load evenly across the entire surface.

40+kN/m tensile capacity
03STAGE 03

Mast Compression

Steel masts carry the resolved tension straight down as pure compression.

6–18m typical mast height
04STAGE 04

Anchor Pull-Out

Foundations resist the final pull-out force and return it safely to the ground.

100%load traced to soil

WHAT IT'S ACTUALLY MADE OF

One membrane,
four defenses.

01

Top Lacquer Coating

UV, dirt and fungal resistance sealed into the outer surface.

02

PVDF / PTFE Coating

The weatherproof skin that gives the fabric its 15–25 year lifespan.

03

Woven Polyester Core

High-tenacity yarns, woven on the bias, carrying the actual tension load.

04

Base Coating

Bonds the weave and coating into one continuous waterproof membrane.

Architecture that
keeps moving.

Form, shadow, tension and daylight never stay in one position. This is why every Paksa structure is designed as an experience in motion.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

We don't cover space.
We choreograph it.

Every tensile form is a decision about light, shadow and movement — engineered first, felt always.
